The Digital Health Advisory Group for Europe (DHAGE) is a thought leadership platform for key decision-makers in Europe and the focus is placed on strengthening European cooperation and facilitating synergies between the work of the European Union, the World Health Organization, their Member States, HIMSS, and key stakeholders in European health and care.

Global Health Education

The Global Health Education Committee (GHEC) is responsible for recommending high-quality, peer-reviewed, CE-eligible programming to support digital health education globally.

HIMSS Professional Certification Board

The Global Certification Board for Healthcare Information and Management Systems (PCB) administers the HIMSS certification programs and designs the exams.

Digital Health Transformation

This committee is HIMSS’s strategic advisory body reimagining healthcare delivery in an AI-enabled ecosystem. It drives process, governance, and incentive innovation - moving beyond digitized paper to champion true transformation where digital tools and AI act as partners in care.

The HIMSS D-A-CH Committee is an interregional group dedicated to helping German healthcare and health information and technology stakeholders from Austria, Germany and Switzerland network and share information and knowledge with other German speakers.

Iberian Community

The HIMSS Iberian Community brings together healthcare and digital health leaders across Spain and Portugal to accelerate innovation and improve patient outcomes. It fosters collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the adoption of health information technologies tailored to regional needs, while connecting local stakeholders to the broader European and global HIMSS network.

Nordic Community

UK & Ireland Community

Leaders, innovators, and on the ground specialists from the UK & Ireland lead the HIMSS UK & Ireland Community by bringing regional peers, healthcare and digital health leaders to collaborate, share best practices, and accelerate digital transformation.
